I am an Executive Producer with a boutique content company.  We develop show ideas for the TV and streaming media space.  The photo is the control room from a pilot we recently shot (I had no idea what sort of photo to use for this).  I'm looking to talk with a specific kind of chef about a collaboration. Ideally, the chef we are looking to talk with is: > An established, chef with a culinary post of view but capable of working outside the box, trying new things.> A true urbanite.  Ideally from NY or LA.> Someone who may not even own a car/drive.> Someone who has never hunted.  Ideally never even fished.> Doesn't go camping.> Has a big personality.> Isn't a shrinking violet.
