I don’t just try to cook and master my craft. I try to also inspire and teach people about food, flavors, and most of all sustainability. I feel as Chefs we have a duty to do so. It’s more than just food and cooking. It’s about telling stories, bringing people together, sharing the experience no matter how big or how small. This is the reason I chose to become a Chef.
