Introducing the new head chef at Allbright Members Club: Carlos Pinerez

Members Club Allbright, situated in the heart of Mayfair, is delighted to announce the new appointment of Carlos Pinerez as Head Chef of the Club. The culinarian will be bringing his Michelin star experience to the main restaurant, promising a fresh and exciting take on dishes for the new year. Having worked in a number of London’s most prestigious restaurants, Pinerez’s dedication to quality service and a fervent passion for flavours places him in prime position to oversee the kitchen and reinvigorate the food offering at the Club.

Pinerez officially started his Chef career in 2015 when he attended Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid, where he earned his Cuisine Diploma. In 2016, he moved to London to continue his studies on the British Campus of the same school, focussing on pastry and culinary management. Pinerez’s professional experience spans over different continents, including a stint in La Cabra, a Michelin star restaurant in Madrid and Colombia, where he co-founded a street-food pop-up dining business located in Cartagena.

In 2017, Pinerez worked as Chef de Partie at the acclaimed Basque restaurant Lurra in London, where he developed his skill set and love of seasonal and fresh ingredients. The following year, he moved to one of the World’s 50 Best recognised restaurants, Sabor at Heddon Street, where he took on the role of Chef de Partie, working his way up to Head Chef, working alongside the executive chef and owners. After this, Pinerez took the title of Development Chef in Flor De Sal Catering, where he investigated and explored new techniques and the vibrant flavours of authentic Latin American cuisine - a culinary style that will continue in his new role at AllBright.

Pinerez's style celebrates originality with a touch of elegance, which he will bring to AllBright’s
restaurant. The Chef comments about joining the Club, "I am thrilled to become a member of this
community of brilliant, hardworking and excellent, driven people. As part of the club, my team and I will be focused on giving the best culinary experience to all the members."

AllBright’s restaurant headed by Pinerez will see a fresh and seasonal menu, combining elements from diverse countries with a particular focus on Mediterranean and Latin influences. The new menu
will focus on real and honest food, using only the best ingredients in both traditional and contemporary techniques, teasing the best flavours out of each beautiful component.

AllBright restaurant is available to club members.
