Judges announced for International Salon Culinaire 2022

The judges for historic chef competition International Salon Culinaire have been announced by organiser Montgomery Group and Salon Director Steve Munkley (pictured).

Munkley commented: "I cannot tell you how pleased I am that we are able to hold the International Salon Culinaire once again as part of HRC 2022 at ExCeL London. It’s been a long and tough 18-24 months for many of us and to be able to bring chefs from across the UK together again and give them the chance to test their skills in a live and buzzing show environment is almost mouth-watering. Huge thanks to Montgomery Group who continue to invest in the development of chefs by hosting the Salon."

Over 70 leading UK chefs have been unveiled as judges for the 2022 event including Cyrus Todiwala OBE, Craft Guild of Chefs chairman Matt Owens and chairs of judges Stephen Scuffell, David Mulcahy, Mark Hill MBE and Lesley Herbert.

Chef and judge Daniel Ayton said: "I'm very proud and honoured to have been selected as a judge for this famous international competition for the past 23 years, and will continue to support it, the future of our industry and the young chefs who pick up the mantle of hospitality."
