Junior chef needs help/advice!

Basically I've been cooking since I was 14, I'm 21 now and only just cought the chance to do my level 2 professional cookery apprenticeship. I have no doubt I'm going to pass the course as I've worked from experience for the past 5 years. After my course is over I am extremely interested in working on cruise ships for that extra experience. Unfortunately I have no idea on how to pursue this?? Can anyone help??
