Kickstart Scheme with Umbrella Training

Umbrella Training are operating as a free national gateway to provide businesses the opportunity to access the Kickstart scheme no matter how many available job openings they have, rather than the 30 that are needed when applying for the scheme directly.

Under the scheme, the Government will cover 100 per cent of employment costs for 25 hours a week.

This includes the employee's salary at the appropriate minimum wage for their age, as well as National Insurance and pension contributions.

You have the choice to top up the pay or the hours as needed.
You’ll get £1,500 funding per job placement for setup costs and to support the young person to develop their employability skills.
