Mevalco's Padrón peppers - a beloved Spanish delicacy from Galicia

Padrón peppers are a beloved Spanish delicacy from Galicia, known for their signature mix of mild and occasionally spicy bites. Grown in the region of Padrón (A Coruña), these small green peppers, typically 3 to 5 cm long, are simply fried in olive oil and sprinkled with coarse salt, bringing out their delicious, smoky, slightly bitter flavour. But beware: ''unos pican otros no''
Padrón peppers are a shared dining experience, bringing people together over good food, good conversation and great Albariño!
