Michelin star chef Marc Wilkinson from Restaurant Fraiche in Merseyside, creates "Bloody Mary Lips" and "Coffee Blackberry" recipes in association with Adande refrigeration, used as part of his menu design, at his restaurant based on the Wirral

The first dish is a simple Bloody Mary style in a imaginative lips that is spayed with vodka, just before serving, the second is a coffee mouse dipped in Blackberry to form an outer shell, both use the Adande refrigeration system to deliver these two dishes
