Michelin-Starred Lobster Dish at Sustainable Farm-To-Table Restaurant Grace & Savour

Michelin-starred Grace & Savour aims to transform our understanding of the food supply chain. Lead by chef director David Taylor watch as we are shown the restaurant's philosophy, emphasising the use of locally and sustainably sourced ingredients. The dish created in this video is a grilled lobster tail, lobster claw with Isle of White tomatoes. With an on-site garden and grounds for growing and foraging, Grace & Savour embodies a farm-to-table approach.
