Pastry and deserts have never been a priority of mine but i do love them, going to take the oppertunity to hone my skills over the next year at college. Warm chocolate tart, white chocolate mousse, raspberry coulis and burnt white chocolate. Pastry is a little rough round the edges and the oresentatuon will take some work but pretty happy with this one. Watch this space.
