We are looking to launch, a new baking school in early Spring 2022 in Central Brighton. The baking school is in Central Kemptown, on the lower ground floor of a highly rated 6 bedroom Boutique hotel, where we have created a purpose built, fully functioning area, for our baking school.
We are currently looking for pastry chefs who have experience in the following, Vegan, Gluten Free, Sourdough, Bread making, Sweet Pastry, Pizza and Shortcrust pastry. We will also consider any other workshops ideas.
These workshops will be delivered not only to hotel guests, but also advertised to the general public during the week or weekends, depending on demand.
We are looking to create a small bank of pastry chefs who can deliver different baking workshops on different days. This would be a great opportunity for someone to work in a really vibrant part of the country, gaining additional skills in a hotel setting, whilst also advertising their skills via Instagram and other social media platforms, with our support.
