Head chef, sous chef and commis chef. We are a 4 star hotel in Morzine - French Alps. English run company but all employees are on French contracts. Seasonal business but with the option of staying on in the inter-season and summer as we provide the accommodation.
We don't want egos, we don't want alcoholics, we want chefs who can cook well and want an amazing quality of life in the French Mountains ! We are a family run business based in the winter and summer ski resort of Morzine
Guests (up to 45 in the hotel) all sit down for dinner at 20h00 and have a set menu (4 courses including cheese). Kids buffet at 17h30, Afternoon tea left out for guests at 16h00 (cake and a savoury option)
No lunch
Continental Breakfast with a hot option each day

We have a team of 4 chefs, who all need to be qualified, with experience and serious in their role. Head chef will work in main hotel, other 3 chefs will help head chef in the morning with prep and then go and cater in their chalets 100m away from the hotel
