RATIONAL is delighted to announce the opening of their new Customer Experience Centre, following a significant refurbishment programme at their UK headquarters in Luton.
The thermal cooking solutions manufacture has transformed their existing demo kitchen at their headquarters in Luton into a dynamic space to host events, demonstrations, and to support their customers with menu development.
The updated facility provides the perfect environment for chefs to learn about the latest cooking techniques and to showcase their culinary skills.
Currently on display and available for demonstrations is RATIONAL’s latest technology, including the iVario Pro 2-S, two iCombi Pro’s, one iCombi XS and the iCombi Classic.
The space has been designed with flexibility in mind, so equipment can easily be removed and replaced with other models depending on demonstration requirements.
The area has benefited from a complete refurbishment and now features a relaxing breakout space and new Chef’s Table to enhance the experience for RATIONAL’s customers, making it a more enjoyable and productive environment.
Sean Carmichael, Regional Sales Manager of Southwest London at RATIONAL, said: “One of the best features is the chef’s table which provides a more relaxed, theatrical experience with cooking and food being the focus of attention! Overall, it’s a great environment for showcasing our cooking solutions to customers and dealers.”
Graham Kille, Technical Sales Director at RATIONAL, said: “We are very pleased to welcome visitors to our new Customer Experience Centre at our head office in Luton for events, demonstrations, and menu development support.”
Hertfordshire-based commercial kitchen design house TAG Catering Equipment supported RATIONAL UK with the complete turnkey refurbishment, from the initial conceptual interior design to strip-out and full on-site build, including installation of the RATIONAL equipment.
“We are very proud to have worked closely with Graham and the team at RATIONAL. This new space is a great resource for chefs and foodservice professionals, we are confident that it will help them continue to lead the way in cooking technology.” Tyron Stephen-Smith, Project & Creative Director at TAG Catering Equipment.
