‘Chef’s Range’ is a new high quality pastry range from award winning manufacturers Dorset Pastry, producers of  top quality fine pure butter pastry with the main ingredients sourced locally from the South West of England where possible.
These premium pastry products are based on the time consuming traditional methods of hand turning and resting and have 768 laminations. They are free from additives and preservatives.
