Neighbourhood pizzeria, Rudy’s, has announced it will be opening its doors to guests from Saturday 5th April, with bookings now live.
From 12pm on Saturday 5th April, customers will be able to enjoy Rudy’s iconic pizzas on Leamington Spa’s high street. The 3,638 square-foot unit with approximately 90 covers for dining will showcase Rudy’s signature minimalist charm and laid-back vibe for pizza lovers to relax and unwind 7-days a week. Rudy’s serves up fresh, authentic Neapolitan pizza daily. The team believes Neapolitan pizza is the best in the world and adheres to traditional methods passed down by masterful Neapolitan pizzaioli. They take pride in preparing their dough fresh every day using 00 Caputo flour and double fermenting it for 24 hours. Crafted with authentic Neapolitan ingredients, Rudy’s pizzas showcase the Holy Trinity: 00 Caputo flour, San Marzano tomatoes from the foot of Mount Vesuvius, and the world’s creamiest mozzarella, Fior di Latte.
Whilst pizzas are a key part of Rudy’s, it wouldn’t be a traditional Naples experience without a well-stocked bar which is why visitors will also be able to wash down their food with iconic Italian spritzes, crisp Italian and local lagers, and classic stirred cocktails.
Since launching in 2015, Rudy’s has grown from one restaurant in Manchester to over 30 pizzerias nationwide. The new opening has created 35 new jobs for the local area, spanning roles in the kitchen, front of house, and management positions.
