See the Clifton Freezedryer in Action!

Want to learn more about the Clifton Freeze Dryer? Known as the Cliftonfreezdryer.

The unit offers sophistication and simplicity of use. It allows innovation in texture, flavour and appearance. Create your own flaked or powdered mushrooms, bananas, tomatoes, strawberries etc, giving full flavour and unusual mouthfeel. The components can be used to compliment your own culinary creativity. 

If you haven't seen it already, then go to our youtube page to view our video, where you can see the Cliftonfreezdryer in action. The video shows strawberries being frozen and then put in the freeze dryer and left for 24 hours for the process to develop. The freeze dried fruit can then be used as a component of a dish. The flavours, smells and nutritional content remains unchanged after the freeze dried process.
