Entries Now Open for the "Skills for Chefs" - Young Chef of the Year 2011

Entries Now Open for the "Skills for Chefs" - Young Chef of the Year 2011
 
Applications are now sought for the "Skills for Chefs"- Young Chef of the Year Competition.
The final will be held at the Skills for Chefs Conference on Tuesday
12 July at 1.30pm and the winner will be announced at a spectacular Chefs Gala Dinner that evening at The University of Sheffield.
A stellar line up of judges is being assembled for the competition.
Finalists and their mentors will also have the opportiunity to attend presentations from the likes of Lisa Allen, Bryn Willams and Nigel Haworth at Sheffield City College.
The competitors will have to create a main course featuring Label Anglais Chicken and a product from Essential Cuisine followed by a dessert featuring Cacao Chocolate and California Raisins.
All finalists and their mentors will be provided with a place at the Skills for Chefs Gala Dinner on 12 July and overnight accommodation.
