TV Winners "Step In" at Chefs Conference

The organisers of the Skills for Chefs Conference in Sheffield on 11-12 July, have announced that the winners of Gordon Ramsay’s Best Restaurant competition have stepped in at short notice to present at the conference.
Michelin starred brothers Jonray and Peter Sanchez - Iglesias from Casamia in Bristol will share their culinary skills and their winning story at the conference.
David McKown,Director of the Skills for Chefs Conference said "Jonray and Peter are the youngest Michelin starred chefs in the country and they wowed Ramsay with their experimental Italian cuisine,so I am sure our delegates will be excited to see them at the conference". McKown added "I only asked them this week so they only a have a few days to plan their session but they are so enthusiastic so I know they will do a great job".
This is not the only last minute replacement at the conference since a new key note speaker as also been sourced. Dhruv Baker who was crowned champion of BBCs Master Chef in 2010 will now open proceedings.During the TV series Dhruv worked at the 3 star Michelin Restaurant De Librije in Holland and also cooked for Alain Ducasse. He will share his inspirational story with the delegates on Monday 11 July.The brothers replace Mark Sargeant and Dhruv replaces Richard Corrigan in the line up previously advertised.
