Saturday 12th October - Semi-finals of Professional and Young Professional classes, Exeter College (approx. 10am – 4pm TBC)

 

Saturday 19th October - Finals of the South West’s Best Dish and Junior classes, Ashburton Cookery School (approx. 10am – 4pm TBC)

 

Monday 28th October - Final of Professional and Young Professional classes, Exeter College (approx. 10am – 4pm TBC)

 

Monday 28th October - Awards presentation dinner, Exeter Golf and Country Club (from 6.30pm)

To mark the 10th anniversary of the competition, we have, this year, introduced a new Junior class for 11-16 year olds.  Semi-finals will be held in each of the six counties of the South West with the winner of each semi-final going on to compete in the final on 19th October.  The dates of the semi-finals are outlined below along with the names of the judges for each one.  Some of the judges are also on our main judging panel while others have joined us particularly to judge the Junior class.
