South West Chef of the Year semi-finals almost upon us!

The semi-finals of the Professional and Young Professional classes of the South West Chef of the Year competition will take place this Saturday, 20th October, at Exeter College.  We have a great line up of semi-finalists and are looking forward to a very exciting competition.  Visit www.southwestchef.co.uk/serving-up-success/ for details of all chefs selected for the semi-final.
Competitors will be working under the watchful eye of a very prestigious judging panel made up of some the South West's finest chefs: Michael Caines, Peter Gorton, Chris and James Tanner, Simon Hulstone, Ian Webber, Paul Ainsworth, Darrin Hosegrove, Matthew Mason and Neil Haydock
The final will be held on Monday 29th October, followed by the presentation dinner at ABode Exeter, hosted by Michael Caines and Taste of the West, when the winners will be announced. More details of the dinner can be found at www.southwestchef.co.uk/presentation-dinner/
