Have you got what it takes?

It’s that time of year again when thoughts turn to the Awards season, and of course Springboard’s Awards for Excellence. So, we’re delighted to tell you that the Call for Entries 2011 is now open until 8th September and we encourage you to submit an entry in one of 16 categories.
Registration is simple all you have to do is complete the online entry form via the link below.
Incredibly, we’re now in the 9th year of these prestigious awards which highlight the outstanding talent of people, organisations and initiatives in our sector. Those that have worked hard to elevate the profile of the employer, attract and retain talent, and have demonstrated best employment practices.
Springboard is expanding the scope of these awards and have added another category so that we can celebrate even more talent this year:

Promoting Careers
Attracting and Developing People
Best Employment Practice across Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism

All you need to do is provide an 800 word statement outlining your initiative using the given criteria and submit to us before the 8th September 2011.
Please note that all entries need to be supported with relevant additional material to enhance your submission. Any entries not supported by additional evidence will be rejected. (Due to high volume of entries we can only print 20 pages per entry of any electronically supporting evidence).
Entering these awards has proven to be really motivational for both employers and employees and has helped give you the recognition your company deserves along with a host of positive acknowledgements – but you’ve go to be in it to win it!
Springboard Awards – could you be a winner?… The Call for Entries for 2011 is now open
The celebration evening will take place on Monday 24th October 2011 at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. events.springboarduk.net/awards-for-excellence-2011/
