Taste Spain London, a brand-new event celebrating Spanish fine food and wine, will make its debut at Mare Street Market, King’s Cross, on Tuesday 24 February 2026.

Taste Spain London is a new UK showcase for Spanish food and wine. Aimed at trade and media audiences, Taste Spain London will be carefully curated by Foods and Wines from Spain to highlight the finest Spanish produce and culinary traditions.
The first Taste Spain London will focus on flavour and the joy of exploring food and wine pairing. A full programme of workshops, chefs’ demos, wine tutorials and pairing masterclasses will be some of the features forming part of the day’s events.
The unmissable programme of events on the day include:
• Cava, Sherry & Iberian ham pairing Masterclass. Presented by Ferrán Centelles, Spanish wine expert and former sommelier of the world-renowned El Bulli.
• Beyond Albariño: The Hidden Faces of Rías Baixas Tutored Tasting. Presented by Madrid-based wine expert Beth Willard.
• Vinos de Pago and Small DOs: Uncompromising Terroir. Presented by Sarah Jane Evans MW
• Campo de Borja Garnachas Históricas Masterclass. Presented by Sarah Abbott MW
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting & Masterclass. Presented by Nancy Gilchrist MW
• Chef’s demos with Arros QD and Camino restaurants
• Brindisa Kitchens x Mare Street Market Tapas Lunch

Spanish food and wine producers will present a select range of products already available in the UK or seeking distribution. Visitors will be able to sample fine Spanish cheeses, cured meats, olive oils, wines, and much more.
Amongst those exhibiting are Aperimax who will bring their finest Spanish almonds, Gourmet & Chic unveiling their hand-crafted truffle products, Almazara La Senda sampling their range of award-winning organic extra virgin olive oils.
From the Deli counter Ibéricos Montesano will showcase their Jamón Ibérico and Lomo de Bellota and Villajos will present their finest small-batch PDO “Queso Manchego”, plus many more gourmet producers.
Exhibitors also include wine producers with UK distribution, such as C.V.N.E. with their importer Hatch Mansfield, Bodegas Artadi with Pol Roger, Bodegas Manzanos with Alliance Wine, TIHOM with Givino and Torres wines with Fells. Showing the diversity and dynamism of the current Spanish wine scene, importers Ehrmanns Wines, Gonzalez Byass UK, Ellis, Freixenet Copestick-Jascots, Hallgarten, J&O Boutique Wines will show off their portfolios.
