With less than a week to go, this is the final chance for operators to register for Nisbets Live 2026 (18th-19th March). Held annually at the National Catering Exhibition Centre (NCEC) in Avonmouth, this year is expected to be bigger and better than ever before with nearly 100 suppliers, product demonstrations, and sessions in the NCEC’s digital kitchen.
The plans for this year’s show are all focused on the theme of supporting the hospitality industry and nowhere will this be more obvious than in the digital kitchen where Nisbets’ Executive Chef and NCEC General Manager, Mark Veale will host demonstrations focused on creating a high profit menu. These sessions will be run in collaboration with leading food wholesaler, Funnybones Foodservice, and will help operators capitalise on the upcoming Football World Cup by developing dishes inspired by American, Mexican and Canadian cuisines.
To further support operators, Nisbets Live will once again host HSBC, who will offer financial advice to visitors, as well as Energy Saving Hospitality, who will share expertise on energy consumption and sustainability. The Nisbets team will also be on hand to help operators with equipment choices and any other questions that arise.
Connecting operators with suppliers, this event is the perfect opportunity to discover the latest and greatest equipment. Whether it’s the discussing the new Buffalo High Speed Oven or watching the new Santos 50 Juicer in action, Nisbets Live offers unique insights into the most recent innovations. Teams from nearly 100 leading brands will be on hand to help operators find the best solutions for their business. Seventeen of these suppliers are also taking to the demo kitchen as part of Nisbets Live’s two-day schedule of demonstrations. This will allow operators to see first hand how the equipment works in a commercial kitchen and ask any questions.
