SushiDog, the bold and fully customisable sushi concept, has officially opened the doors to its first Midlands location at Birmingham Bullring. The new kiosk-style venue brings a fresh, fun and flavour packed dining experience to the city.
Located on the upper level of the Bullring, the bright and playful site seats up to 25 guests and features a striking mural designed and hand-painted by local Birmingham illustrator, Pheeb Robinson. The artwork adds a unique, local touch, reflecting both the city’s creativity and SushiDog’s energetic, contemporary brand.
At SushiDog, every dish is made fresh to order and fully customisable, giving diners the freedom to create their perfect SushiDog, bowl or salad. From colourful vegetables and premium proteins to house made sauces bursting with flavour, there’s something to suit every taste. Whether it’s a quick bite to eat to break up a shopping trip or a treat for sushi lovers, the Birmingham site promises a lively, welcoming spot for everyone.
“We’re so excited to finally open in Birmingham,” said Greg Ilsen, co-founder of SushiDog. “We can’t wait for people to come in, mix and match their own SushiDog, and enjoy something fresh, fun, and totally their own. The Bullring is a buzzing part of the city, and we’re thrilled to be part of it.”
