Synergy Grill Technology has appointed a new Executive Board to drive the company forward as it makes inroads across America, mainland Europe and the Middle East, as well as continuing to expand its operations in the UK. Justin Cadbury, Chairman, explains more: “Over the last eight years, the turnover of Synergy has increased ten-fold, both domestically and internationally. We have also expanded our product range to over 40 different models. To sustain this growth, we have chosen to restructure our management framework to better align with the global food service industry and to enhance its agility in responding to industry dynamics. The new Executive Board has a collective skill base far higher than I could ever attest to alone. I will continue to guide the team as they look after our loyal clients and welcome the many new ones. Operators are now realising the role of equipment in empowering workers, retaining staff and sustaining profitability.” The new Synergy board will consist of; Andrew Edwards (Board Co-ordinator), Leander Cadbury, Paul Ramshaw, David Hindle, Sam O’Rourke, James Dudzinski and Keith Harbison. As Justin explains, it is a perfect match of complementary skills: “The skills of this strong new executive board spans sales, marketing, finance, export, research and development and manufacturing. It will allow Synergy to move forward confidently as a British technology manufacturer, innovating the products of the future – of which we have several in the pipeline. I would like to welcome the new executive board and look forward to working with them.” Synergy Grill’s patented technologies atomise any fat produced during cooking. As the fat atomises, any moisture that comes from the food also turns into steam which gently penetrates back into the food to ensure a perfect texture and taste. This atomisation also completely eradicates the need for a grease tray and cuts down the historically strenuous task of cleaning, along with the environmentally damaging disposal of waste fat. As a proprietor, you can cut gas costs by over half with Synergy Grill Technology, cut down cleaning labour and build up staff retention.  The Synergy portfolio of products now comprehensively covers chargrills, griddles and outdoor cook stations in both gas and electric options. Its Drop-In variants allow Synergy to integrate into any profile of cookline too and maintain design uniformity. Small Contribution. Big Impact.

The Staff Canteen has always been more than a website—it’s a community, built by and for hospitality. We share the wins, the challenges, the graft, and the inspiration that keeps kitchens alive.

We believe in staying open to everyone, but creating this content takes real resources. If you’ve ever found value here—whether it’s a recipe, an interview, or a laugh when you needed it most—consider giving just £3 to keep it going.

A little from you keeps this space free for all. Let’s keep lifting the industry, together.
