Philadelphia, the ingredient for success!

Junior chefs get your diaries out, as Philadelphia has recently launched its second national competition.
The brand aims to reward the innovation and creativity of talented trainee chefs either in full time or part time education aged between 17 and 23.
The competition is championed by professional chef, Sophie Wright, and endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs and City and Guilds.
Entrants must register on the Philadelphia Professional website and enter their Philadelphia recipe design for a starter or main course according to the competition criteria, with the overall winner picking up a £500 cash prize.  Full terms and conditions are available at www.philadelphia.co.uk/professional.
Susan Nash, trade communications manager at Kraft Foods UK, said: " It's great to be able to celebrate young chefs once again after the success of our first competition, and we're looking forward to seeing even more creativity from this year's contenders!"
The competition opens for entries at the beginning of 2012.
