PUTTING NAMES TO PRIZES

Lovers of the Masters, the Open, and the Ryder Cup can soon rejoice because the Craft Guild of Chefs will be teeing up once again for its very own golf day.

The annual event is making a welcome return to Wyboston Lakes Golf Club in Bedfordshire on September 1. The last time the event was held was way back in 2006 when it was a sell out, with more than 120 golfers teeing off.

The Craft Guild is hoping for a repeat performance this year and is looking for sponsors and players alike to get involved in the unique event. A host of fantastic prizes are up for grabs including a car for a hole-in-one, plus trophies for the longest drive and nearest to the pin, plus novelty awards. There will also be prizes for both teams and individuals. Sponsorship of all the prizes is available, as are a number of other opportunities, including the superb dinner that will follow those strenuous 18 holes.
The Guild has negotiated fantastic room rates for those wishing to spend the night. For any further information on playing in, or sponsoring the Golf Day please call Proactive Communications on 0845 466 3700, or email [email protected]. Alternatively visit www.craftguildofchefs.org for more information.
