It’s all changing at the Hotel & Catering Show 2013 in Bournemouth and The Staff Canteen together with Chef Magazine have got together with the event’s new owners to create the perfect storm.
‘The Staff Canteen Live supported by Chef Magazine’ at H&CS 2013 will bring together some of the UK’s leading chefs including the fabulous Tom Kerridge and Simon Hulstone to showcase innovative ingredients and techniques in a series of live cooking demonstrations at the event on the 5th and 6th of March in the Bournemouth International Centre.
Mark Morris of The Staff Canteen stated “We are delighted to be partnering with Chef Magazine for this live event at the Hotel & Catering Show 2013.  It brings together two of the UK’s strongest chef brands and offers unrivalled coverage for the event, the chefs and the suppliers involved in both an on and off line media partnership that I believe will mark the start of a very different trend for how chefs and suppliers interact at live events in years to come!”
Chefs and proprietors attending H&CS 2013 will be able to get up close for the demos as well as be able to talk with the chefs and supporting companies.

Since recently taking over the Hotel & Catering Show, Richard and his team have been investing in the event to develop new features, seminars and networking opportunities for chefs and proprietors in the hospitality sector across the South of England and beyond.  The new H&CS website at is due to go live in late September.
