Universal Cookery and Food Festival 2014

The Universal Cookery and Food Festival 2014 will take place soon, for the third year in a row, and we’ll be there to offer a helping hand when it comes to kitchen ingredients.

In association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, the show aims to explore the food chain from field to plate, and will feature chef demonstrations from Cyrus Todiwala, Hayden Groves, Rob Kirby, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Mary Quicke, along with many others.

Taking place at River Cottage in Devon on 24th September, Essential Cuisine’s Stock People will be on hand to demonstrate our ranges of Stocks, Jus, Gravy, and our newly re-designed Glace Range.

Jonathan and Nigel will be on Stand 43 to demonstrate 3 new additions to the team; Duck, Pork and Wild Mushroom Glace, perfect additions to the range.
