Watch Head Chef Tom de Keyser cooks in front of guests at The Shed in Marlow

On the 26th of February, The Staff Canteen was invited by the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts at their first event of a series called Seat at The Table, sponsored by the University of West London.

Together with a small group of guests made up of industry leaders including Melissa Fergus (General Manager, Mauro Colagreco. Raffles London at The OWO), Professor Peter John CBE (Vice-Chancellor and President, University of West London) and Simon Girling (Food and Beverage Director, The Ritz), The Staff Canteen was part of a discussion around the topic of building a team, inspiring them, and working together to create a brand.

The event took place at the Shed, a private dining room by the Michelin-starred restaurant The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, where Chef Tom de Keyser delighted the guests with a delicious three courses lunch.
