Hello Chef,
As always I hope you enjoyed your weekend; I was at Victoria Park’s Field Day festival to celebrate my friend’s birthday.  Amazing.  In case you haven’t heard of them, check out Jamie XX’s collaboration with Gill Scott Heron on the album, We’re New Here and James Blake’s new album, James Blake.  Fantastic, it will make your ears happy. 
Now here is something to make your tummy happy:

We are expecting a near end for Black Italian Summer Truffles, but the price is still very competitive and we can do a very good price on a minimum of a 1kg order.

Mixed weather continues to nourish both Summer & Autumn crops; many of the potent roots & berries which sit so well with the impending game season are already arriving into our warehouse.  Here are the highlights for this week:
