Fruity notes in mandarin beautifully accentuates chocolate’s best notes.  Rich, creamy and indulgent mousse cake comes with Victoria’s sponge base accompanied with mandarin sorbet, mandarin segments and chocolate crumbs.  Whipped up in less than two hours for a couple’s wedding anniversary, this dessert is so full of remarkable flavours and textures. Another ”ready to serve at home” creation from my test kitchen!
