Great British Menu 2017 returned to BBC2 as the Great British Menu chefs battle to show off their culinary skills and recipes at a banquet celebrating 140 years of the Wimbledon Championships.

The veteran judges for Great British Menu 2017 were: Angela Hartnett, Michael O'Hare, Daniel Clifford, Jeremy Lee, Nathan Outlaw, Tom Aikens, Rich Bainbridge and Michael Smith.

The four chefs who made it to the Great British Menu 2017 banquet

The four chefs who made it to the Great British Menu 2017 banquet were: Pip Lacey, head chef for Angela Hartnett at Michelin-starred Murano, Pip cooked the starter 'Whatever the Weather'.  Serving the fish course was Michelin-starred Tommy Banks from the Black Swan at Oldstead his dish was 'Turbot with Strawberries and Cream'. For main course, Michael Bremner, chef patron at Brighton-based restaurant 64 Degrees, cooked 'The Grass is Greener'. And to finish, Selin Kiazim, co-owner of Oklava served her dessert.
