Adam Byatt to open new restaurant on Fulham Pier
Adam Byatt is set to launch neighbourhood restaurant Brasserie Constance on the first floor of Fulham Pier.
Coming in spring 2025, Adam’s restaurant will offer modern British food, with a menu focusing on seasonal dishes, with an à la carte menu and a set lunch.
The restaurant is inspired by its namesake Constance Spry, regarded for her floristry and ceramic collaboration with Fulham Pottery.
Brasserie Constance will be accompanied by Flo, a riverside cocktail bar, featuring a dedicated small-plates menu and an extensive drinks programme, including a carefully curated wine list with over 200 selections, developed by the sommelier team at Adam’s flagship restaurant Trinity, which holds a Michelin star.
Suitably, Flo is named after Spry’s assistant and friend, Florence Standfast, who worked directly with Spry and Fulham Pottery to bring all of Spry’s ceramic visions to life.
The interiors of Brasserie Constance have been designed by Lazaro Rosa-Violán, creating a space designed to maximise its uninterrupted views of the River Thames.
Situated between Putney Bridge and Hammersmith Bridge, Fulham Pier’s development will transform Fulham Football Club’s iconic riverside stand into a vibrant, multi-level hub of dining, culture, and entertainment. Spanning seven floors, Fulham Pier will feature an eclectic mix of restaurants and bars, a boutique hotel, a health spa, flexible event spaces, and a dedicated cultural floor for live music, art exhibitions, and immersive experiences.
Adam said: “I’m delighted to be opening a third neighbourhood restaurant in south west London. Having lived in Fulham for several years during my early career, it is an exciting full-circle moment to be bringing Brasserie Constance to life within such a landmark destination.
“Fulham Pier offers the perfect setting to showcase the very best of British dining, surrounded by stunning views of the Thames. I look forward to welcoming guests to this new space in 2025."
Glen Sutton, director of Fulham Pier, added: “We are beyond thrilled to be working with Adam Byatt and his team. Brasserie Constance will combine inspiration from the incredible heritage of the area, alongside the warmth and hospitality of a great neighbourhood restaurant.”
Brasserie Constance will join Adam’s portfolio of restaurants across London including Michelin-starred Trinity, Bistro Union and Charlie’s at Brown’s Hotel. Adam is also the co-owner of Wildflowers, located in Belgravia.
