Each year Bridor and renowned patisserie Lenôtre, present a new collaborative collection. This year, inspired by jewellery, their chefs revisited classic pastries: three distinct collections allow the consumer to experience new flavours, new visuals, and new finishes.

The Gaston Showcasing a 63 piece heritage collection, inspired by the founder of Lenôtre, Gaston Lenôtre, the Gaston includes 9 classics such as Paris Brest, made with all butter choux pastry and hazelnut praline mousse; Lemon Meringue, made with a lemon cream on a pure Breton butter sable base and Concerto entremets, featuring joconde biscuit, milk chocolate crunch, hazelnut praline
