BOBO Social's Experimental Burger Society goes scientific

The Staff Canteen

BOBO Social, Charlotte Street’s high-end burger and small plates restaurant, will be re-launching its Experimental Burger Society this February with a new scientific lab twist.

Guests will be invited to join the head chef in the EBS laboratory for an experimental burger creation evening featuring a meat tasting and wine-pairing starter.

Diners will then get involved in learning some burger chemistry by creating their own burgers with a range of exotic meats such as: kangaroo, zebra, alligator, venison, ostrich and BOBO’s classic rare-breed beef. BOBO Social is the first

solo project from Michael Benson and Jacinta Maddison.

Michael has over twenty years of experience in the restaurant industry with previous credits including Sticky Fingers, Palm Court Brasserie and Supperclub London. Jacinta has worked for 10 years in the media and advertising industry and brings her interior design knowledge to the concept. The Experimental Burger Society will be on every Monday from 6:45pm until 9pm starting on February 2 and it will cost £35 per person including the wine pairing and meat taster, cookery class and your burger with salsa.
