The Eden Hotel Collection announces Tim Jenkins as new head chef at Brockencote Hall Hotel, Worcestershire.

The hotel’s former sous chef, Tim, will become head chef of the hotel’s three AA Rosette Restaurant, The Chaddesley, from 1 August, where he will lead a passionate and talented team.

Mark Chambers, Managing Director, Eden Hotel Collection said: “Home-grown chefs are a speciality of the Eden Hotel Collection.  We are delighted to celebrate the promotion of Tim Jenkins, whose natural talent has been nurtured well by Adam Brown over the past few years.

“We are equally proud that Adam Brown has been promoted to the role of Executive Chef at Mallory Court Hotel, one of our flagship properties.”

Renowned for serving exceptional cuisine with a backdrop of sweeping countryside views, the restaurant – popular with locals and guests alike - will continue to create mouthwatering masterpieces using only the finest seasonal ingredients.  Locally-sourced produce includes freshly-picked wild plants, herbs and fruit from the hotel’s kitchen garden and honey from its beehives, plus the huge bounty available from the finest artisan producers in Worcestershire and the surrounding countryside.

Former sous chef Tim Jenkins has been at Brockencote Hall Hotel for nine years and, for the last six years, has been honing his exemplary culinary skills under the watchful eye of the hotel’s former head chef Adam Brown - previously of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Le Champignon Sauvage.

Daily options include the Market Menu Lunch - 3 courses - £32.50 per person and the Market Menu Dinner - 3 courses - £45.00 per person excluding coffee and petit fours.
