in Hong Kong restaurants, Executive Head Chef Stefano Leone designed the menu provided from the 1st until the 29th of this month himself.

There are three dishes, which are made to represent different traditions and superstitions practised at Chinese New Year. A great example is his Stir fried seafood of scallops, prawns & squid, black beans sauce, winter vegetables, priced at £18.50.
The Chinese word for black soybeans is Kuro-mame, which also means health, and therefore symbolising a wish for this in the New Year. There will also be delicious dishes such as Sweet and sour pork fillet pancetta wrap for £18.50, as well as Coconut sago, pomelo, blood orange & mandarin sorbet for pudding, at £7.
An additional three special dishes added to the menu at The Grand Café including Braised pork belly bun with coriander, peanut and mustard greens, Steamed sea bass served with ginger, shiitake mushrooms, spring onion and soy sauce, and Fried turnip cake with a Hoisin and stiracha sauce.
This Chinese New Year, you will be spoilt for choice at The Royal Exchange with your unique dining experience, so do not hesitate to book a table via telephone or email, which is available on their website.
