Could you be the #prawnstar #videostar?

The Staff Canteen

Wild Atlantic Prawns - a chef education programme run by the producers of cold water prawns - Pandalus borealis - are looking for their very own #prawnstar #videostar! You could WIN the chance to be the star of their recipe videos and £500 worth of equipment for your kitchen.

Wild Atlantic Prawns have teamed up with The Staff Canteen in a bid to find their very own #prawnstar #videostar. The winner will not only cook their dish in a recipe video which will be featured on The Staff Canteen but they will also get their hands on £500 of kitchen equipment of their choice.

To enter, you must be following @atlanticprawns on Twitter and you need to tweet your perfect partner for Wild Atlantic Prawns using the hashtag #prawnstar. We’re looking for unusual ingredients which you think make an excellent partner for our sweet tasting, wild and sustainable prawns.

All entries must be tweeted by September 8 and the top flavour combinations will be identified using a judging panel of The Prawn Lady plus two others of her discretion. The chefs who make it to the short list will then be invited to create and tweet a 15 second video saying why their perfect partner for prawns should be the winner.

The winner will be decided by the public, whoever gets the most likes on their 15 second video across all platforms; Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, will be crowned the winning #prawnstar.

Get creative and make sure you tweet us your favourite ingredient to put with prawns and you could be a #prawnstar in a video which will be seen across all of The Staff Canteen and Wild Atlantic Prawns social media channels including The Staff Canteen YouTube channel.
