During this two day course taking place at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Banbury, you will produce a wide range of chocolates combining multiple flavours and textures for ultimate taste profiles bordering on moleculer gastronomy. POPCORN- popcprn cream with hazelnut peicesThe course is limited to just 10 students to ensure that everyone gets individual attention from course tutor, Internationally renowned Bart Van Cauwenberghe owner of De Zwarte Vos. This ensures that by the end of the course you will have confidence to experiment
with food pairing ideas of your own. Bart is a Callebaut Ambassador with extensive knowledge for combining multiple flavours and texture to chocolates. With his wealth of experience he travels the world to conduct demos and courses. Bart refers to himself as a taste designer and prides himself on knowing which flavours work together. A highlight of the course will be handmade chocolate presentation pieces to serve all delicacies that will be made on the course. The course runs 14-15 July, 2015 and is priced at £495.
