Commenting on the new team, General Manager of Flemings Mayfair, Henrik Muehle said: “Shaun Rankin and I have worked closely together to select the very best possible team for Ormer Mayfair. Having overseen Seven Park Place at St James’s Hotel and Club and Eric Chavot when he was at The Capital Hotel London, I know how vital it is to get the right team in place from the very start. With Shaun, Kerth, Agnieszka and Andreas, we have a super talented brigade all working to establish Ormer Mayfair as one of London finest restaurants.”

Ormer Mayfair will offer a quintessentially British dining experience, from the food through to the wines. The 85-cover restaurant is part of a £14 million refurbishment of the historical boutique hotel that dates back to 1851.
