Former Tom Kerridge chef appointed executive chef at premium catering service

Premium hospitality group Rhubarb Hospitality Collection has announced the appointment of Kieran Reilly as its new executive chef.

Kieran brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality and high-profile event catering. He was most recently culinary director at Rocket Food and previously served as executive chef at Lush by Tom Kerridge, after working alongside Tom Kerridge at the two-Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers. His career also includes time at Maze by Gordon Ramsay.

Outside the restaurant scene, Kieran has led major global catering operations, including overseeing hospitality for the Mercedes F1 team and serving as Executive Chef of Operations at Gate Gourmet.

In his new role, Kieran will lead the culinary vision for Rhubarb’s prestigious events division, focusing on menu innovation, developing the chef team, and delivering outstanding food experiences across

private, corporate, and large-scale events. His appointment reinforces Rhubarb’s commitment to creativity and maintaining its reputation for culinary excellence.
