Four top chefs to take part in charity Christmas fundraiser

Paul Cunningham, Claude Bosi, Tom Kerridge and Daniel Clifford will all be in attendance for a charity fundraiser to create a special Christmas dinner in aid of Hospitality Action. Between them, the four chefs boast six Michelin stars and a whopping 14 AA Rosettes. Members of the public will get the chance to sample their food and company for £135 per ticket. AA 'Chef’s' Chef of the Year’ Tom Kerridge said: “Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year for those in the hospitality industry as we all work hard to ensure the festivities are enjoyed by our patrons. “The long hours and high standards make the season particularly demanding and can make difficult personal circumstances even more unbearable. Please support Hospitality Action this Christmas so everyone can enjoy the celebrations.” Established in 1837, Hospitality Action use funds they raise to support people such as those suffering from life altering illness, poverty or domestic violence. In particular they focus on retired hospitality workers who may feel isolated or in need of help. Penny Moore, chief executive at Hospitality Action, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have the support of these four fantastic chefs! It really will be an evening to remember at a time when many of our beneficiaries are suffering the most. “The funds raised via tickets sales and special auction prizes will help make the winter months more bearable for all those we support.” The fundraiser will take place on Monday 2 December at Brasserie Joël, Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge, London. Tickets are in high demand and can be purchased by calling 020 3004 5504, via [email protected] or online at www.hospitalityaction.org.uk/events.
