The pop-up will run on November 6-8 and November 11-14.

Giovanni, who leads the kitchen at La Torre in the Tuscan hills, has built a reputation for food rooted in provenance, purity of flavour and disciplined technique.

About Giovanni

Born in Romagna, Giovanni trained as a chef in Italy and France. Since joining COMO Castello del Nero in 2012, he has maintained a Michelin star at La Torre, reflecting his dedication to honouring authentic Tuscan ingredients with modern precision.

Now, he brings his signature approach to London in a menu guided by the seasons

and Tuscan traditions.

Giovanni said: “I champion fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, served farm-to-table. While technical knowledge is essential to great Italian food, it’s the quality of your ingredients that’s the real secret to sensational dishes.”

The menu

For the Belgravia restaurant, Giovanni has shaped both an à la carte and a chef’s tasting menu around the season’s best produce, with signatures that showcase his restrained style.

Highlights including barbecued amberjack loin with Oscietra caviar, spaghetti with red prawns and Tuscan aglione, and beef served with seasonal greens.

Vegetarian guests can indulge in mushroom pappardelle, celeriac Wellington, or zucchini flowers with ricotta. To finish, desserts such as Guanaja chocolate crémeux with caramel miso ice cream and apple tarte tatin celebrate the sweetness of the Italian harvest.
