Gordon Ramsay Group to open maze Grill Chelsea

Gordon Ramsay Group have confirmed they are to open a third maze Grill in Chelsea this May at 79 Royal Hospital Road, originally the site of Ramsay’s Foxtrot Oscar.Maze gril logo The 55-cover restaurant, inspired by the grillrooms of Manhattan will offer the concept’s signature rare breed steaks, fish and poultry from the grill alongside an extensive selection of small plates, salads, sushi and sashimi. Stuart Gillies, Managing Director, Gordon Ramsay Group said: “Following on from maze Grill Park Walk (set to open on 22nd April), we are delighted to be re-opening in Chelsea. “Our flagship maze Grill in Mayfair continues to thrive and we are now growing the brand by extending into cosmopolitan neighbourhood locations. The Royal Hospital Road and Park Walk restaurants will offer casual, informal all-day dining and we will look at other locations for this already proven format.” maze Grill Chelsea will be the 14th UK restaurant opening for the Gordon Ramsay Group. The group encompasses a wide variety of concepts, from Michelin-starred restaurants through to more casual all-day eateries and employs more than 700 people across the 14 London-based restaurants. Steak maze GrillThe Group has a total of 25 restaurants globally and 7 Michelin stars, with international restaurants from Europe to the US, the Middle East and Asia. Originally routed in fine dining, the Group has expanded to include more diverse and informal sites offering a wide variety of guest experiences around the globe, such as: maze, London House and Union Street Café in London, Gordon Ramsay Steak in Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsay at Forte Village, Sardinia, as well as the recently opened Bread Street Kitchen, Hong Kong, a concept taken from the Group’s Bread Street Kitchen, St Paul’s, London. Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea is the Group's flagship venue, which has held three Michelin-stars for more than 12 years.
