Amy Elles is the owner of The Harbour Café in Fife

Amy and her husband Jack own The Harbour Café in Fife, as well as the Stocks Events private event catering company. 

 

 

Amy started her career at Harrods where she fell in love with the kitchen. She also worked at The Fat Duck, where she perfected her pastry skills, followed by Moro.

Amy has three children and said that bedtime reading with them inspired her creative menu for the competition.

As a chef, Amy herself on using the best Scottish ingredients available.
