Roberta Hall-McCarron is the chef-owner of The Little Chartroom in Edinburgh

This is Roberta's first time competing in Great British Menu and she is determined to make her home country proud.

Roberta fell in love with cooking aged 16 after doing work experience in a kitchen. Before she opened The Little Chartroom, Roberta worked for chef Tom Kitchin and then moved to Castle Terrace with Dominic Jack.

Her style of cooking is influenced by French techniques and her menu is traditionally Scottish, drawing inspiration from Scottish produce, wild game and her favourite children's books.

In these challenging times…
