Hospitality Action | Summer auction 2015

The annual Hospitality Action Online Auction has opened for bids. The auction, now in its 13th year, gives people the chance to get their hands on a host of top prizes.

All funds raised by the auction go to support Hospitality Action, the hospitality industry’s benevolent organisation. There are prizes to suit everyone, including weekend breaks and fantastic hampers. Star lots on offer include: A two-night stay for two at The Deer Park Country House Hotel, Devon; a three-course meal for four people including a bottle of house wine in Nipa Thai restaurant, The Lancaster London; Four tickets to a Merlin attraction of your choice and a two night stay for two people at the Apex Temple Court Hotel, London. The auction is a fantastic way to pick up some great bargains and support the vital work of the charity at the same time.” In 2014, the charity spent nearly £600,000 supporting over 1700 past and present hospitality workers who are in need, 79% of whom were below the age of 60. The charity is indebted to its supporters, who have generously donated a variety of auction lots throughout its 13 year history. The auction closes at 2pm on Friday, June 12 and early bidding is recommended due to the high calibre of prizes on offer.
