Interact with Sat Bains, as he shares a lifetime of knowledge on-line.

All photographs by kind permission of John Arandhara-Blackwell  Sat Bains, Chef Patron of Restaurant Sat Bains with Rooms in Nottingham, is sharing his knowledge and passion for ingredients, tastes, textures and temperatures on-line in an interactive section of a newly launched website in connection with his development kitchen and restaurant team. As part of Restaurant Sat Bains with Rooms commitment to creating innovative cuisine, Sat has invested close to £100,000  in a development kitchen, where development chef Nanna Vestergaard, who has in previous interviews been described by Sat as their "Little Foraging Pixie", Nanna heads up the restaurant "Projects", working with ideas, taste, textures and temperatures, in a range of dishes ingredients and combinations, that have began, as perhaps, a simple idea; an inspiration that Sat has scribbled on his jotter. You can share all of this creation, the success and flavour combinations with Sat, his Head Chef, John Freeman and his development chef, Nanna.  You can ask questions or even make recommendation, via the website to the team. Everything is recorded here, even the failures! Why is one of the UK leading chefs prepared to share this knowledge?  Because Sat, and his dedicated team, believe that by sharing we strengthen and invest in our industry, and our future, and by giving, you get in return more knowledge, which they believe, is the right thing and the way forward, and who can argue with them? If you want to understand more about how this works, or have a question, or perhaps a solution for Sat and his team, then go to http://www.restaurantsatbains.com/kitchen_table/ and start interacting today.
