Leading chefs host charity dinner

Nathan OutlawAward-winning chefs Nathan Outlaw, Simon Hulstone and Eric Lanlard are hosting and cooking an exclusive dinner this Christmas for industry charity Hospitality Action. The one-off fundraising event will take place on Monday 1st December at Brasserie Joël in London’s Park Plaza Hotel and will be sponsored by Condé Nast Johansens, Sapori D'Italia and Oranka Juice Solutions. Nathan Outlaw, recently named AA Chef’s “Chef of the Year” and owner of two Michelin star Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, one Michelin star Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen, Port Isaac and one Michelin star Outlaw’s at the Capital will kick-start the proceedings with his starter. Eric LanlardHe said: “I’m really excited to be cooking with Simon and Eric; I know we're going to have a great time. It's going to be a fantastic night and all for such a good cause. Tickets are already selling fast so I would urge you to book your place as soon as possible!” Following Nathan will be Simon Hulstone with a mouth-watering main course. Simon is
the owner of Michelin star restaurant The Elephant and has twice been a UK representative in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition. Finishing the meal will be star of Channel 4’s Glamour Puds and Baking Mad and award-winning patissier Eric Lanlard, with his dessert. Penny Moore, chief executive of Hospitality Action, comments: “We always look forward to our festive fundraising dinner as we celebrate the past 12 months and look forward to the year ahead.” She added: “Unfortunately Christmas can be a difficult and lonely time for many across the industry. In the run up to Christmas, purchasing tickets to this dinner or donating a prize that we can raffle will make all the difference to our work.”Simon Hulstone   Tickets are priced at £135 per person or £1,300 for a table of ten.
